Are you pursuing your BCBA certification and seeking reliable, flexible Remote supervision?
Navigating the requirements for BCBA certification while managing other responsibilities can be challenging. I offer remote supervision designed to fit seamlessly into your schedule, ensuring you meet your fieldwork hours with ease and confidence.
Why Choose me for supervision?
I am a BCBA with a deep passion for supporting clients, families, and future behavior analysts. As a parent of a pre-teen with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and high support needs, I bring both personal and professional experience to my work. This unique perspective enables me to offer a high level of empathy and specialized skills in caregiver training, family collaboration, and developing practical, meaningful solutions for challenging behaviors that I can share with supervisee’s.
I hold a B.S. in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis, a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorders, and an M.S. in Psychology with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis. I became a BCaBA in 2023, a BCBA in 2024, and I am also a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) and an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) through IBAO.
Over the years, I’ve worked with children ages 2 to 14 with autism, ADHD, and other related diagnoses across various settings, including home, school, center-based, and community environments. My expertise includes conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, creating individualized behavior plans, training parents and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to use ABA strategies to teach important skills and to reduce problem behaviors, and supporting children with behaviors such as elopement, aggression, self-injury, and property destruction.
While I have clinic/center-based experience, my primary focus is in home and community-based services, where real-world learning occurs and meaningful progress is made. My supervision approach is supportive, collaborative, and flexible, focusing on building clinical confidence, fostering ethical decision-making, and empowering supervisees to grow into skilled, ethical professionals.
Since becoming a BCaBA and BCBA, I have had the privilege of supervising behavior technicians and aspiring BCBAs, helping them develop the skills to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and create effective behavior plans. My goal is to help each supervisee build the expertise and confidence they need to succeed in this field.

I’m able to supervise trainees in states that do not require state licensing to practice ABA, including South Carolina, California, Idaho, Colorado, New Mexico, Florida, West Virginia, New Hampshire, and Maine.
